Terms of Service

Action Vaults (the “Service”) is a software product that connects to your working Telegram groups and helps you find files, discussions, and decisions made using AI. The Service consists of the Telegram bot @Action_Vaults_bot and a web interface at actionvaults.app.

Action Vaults is a product of Raven Systems (one of its projects).

Registration is done through the Telegram Login Widget. No separate password is created. One Telegram account = one account in the Service. Sharing access with third parties is not allowed.

You are responsible for the security of your Telegram account. If it is compromised, unlink the bot from your groups and contact us.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with the plan you have chosen (Free, Pro, Business). This right does not include:

• · Reselling access to third parties
• · Reverse-engineering or copying the code
• · Building a competing product based on ours
• · Using automated tools to scrape the interface

You may not use the Service to:

• · Store or distribute illegal content
• · Infringe anyone's copyright
• · Send spam, phishing, or commit fraud
• · Attack the Service's infrastructure (DDoS, hacking attempts)
• · Process data that you do not have the group participants' consent to use
• · Collect data about third parties without a legal basis (applicable to GDPR, FZ-152, etc.)

If a violation is detected, we may block the account without warning. In serious cases, we may hand data over to law enforcement in response to their lawful request.

The Service is offered in three plans:

• · Free — free, forever. Limits are listed on the pricing page.
• · Pro — 1500⭐/mo.
• · Business — 4000⭐/mo.

Paid plans are billed via Telegram Stars: you can subscribe right inside the bot with the /plan command.

The subscription renews automatically. You can cancel at any time in your Telegram settings. After cancelling you stay on your current plan until the end of the paid period, then the account automatically moves to Free.

Refunds: until you have started using the Service — if the bot has not yet replied or recognized anything (the AI has not done any work), we will refund your Stars in full. Once the AI has done work (replied, recognized, or a paid credit was used), payment for work performed is not refunded: Telegram returns the entire payment in full, without prorating for part of the period. Refunds are processed by the operator on request — write /paysupport in the bot.

Where the refund goes: a refund is always issued in Stars and credited to your Telegram balance — not to your card. We cannot refund the purchase of the Stars themselves from Telegram (the charge to your card or other payment method): that is governed by Telegram's rules; for a refund of such a purchase, contact Telegram support.

Each plan has limits on the number of groups, files, AI requests per day, and other resources. Exact figures are on the pricing page. When a limit is exceeded, the corresponding operation returns a 402 tier_limit_exceeded error. Limits reset daily at 00:00 UTC.

You own the data that the Service processes (messages, files, transcriptions). We merely store and process it in order to provide the Service.

You can delete a group yourself in the dashboard (the data is erased within 24 hours). A data export and deletion of your entire account can be requested by email (see the Privacy Policy).

By adding the bot to a group, you confirm that:

• · You have the right to grant the Service access to the group's content
• · You have notified the group participants that the bot is running (or have taken responsibility for doing so)
• · You are not violating anyone else's privacy rights by adding the bot

We aim for the Service to be available 99% of the time per month (an SLO, not an SLA). Planned maintenance is possible — we will give 24 hours' notice via the bot and/or email. Unplanned outages happen — we resolve them as quickly as possible.

There are no availability guarantees for the Free plan. For paid plans, we may provide compensation (a discount or a subscription extension) in the event of significant outages. Decided on a case-by-case basis.

The Service uses large language models (LLMs) to generate answers. An LLM can make mistakes, invent facts (“hallucinate”), and misinterpret a request.

Do not make critical decisions based solely on the bot's answer. Always check the source messages and files the bot references. The Service cites its sources in every answer for exactly this reason.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees that the Service will:

• · Work without errors or interruptions
• · Fit your specific tasks
• · Preserve data in a catastrophic failure (though we do make backups)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• · Indirect damages or lost profits
• · Loss of data for reasons beyond our control
• · Actions of third parties (Telegram, OpenRouter, Cohere, etc.)
• · Decisions that you or your team made based on the bot's answers

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims does not exceed the amount you have paid the Service over the last 12 months (and for the Free plan — $0).

You can stop using the Service at any time — by removing the bot from your groups and deleting your account via the dashboard.

We may suspend or terminate your access:

• · For a breach of these Terms (with no refund if the breach is material)
• · For non-payment of the subscription (after a 7-day grace period)
• · If the Service is shut down (with 30 days' notice)

We may change these Terms. We will notify you of material changes via the bot or email 14 days before they take effect. If you do not agree with the new Terms, stop using the Service. Continuing to use it after the effective date of the changes = acceptance.

The relationship between the parties is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are heard at the place of our registration (once it is completed). This does not deprive consumers of the rights guaranteed by the laws of their country of residence.
